1995 Chevrolet Other Heater doesn't work

Hi, we have a 1995 Georgie Boy Cruise Master RV on a Chevy P30 chassis.
The heater doesn't work. It only blows cold air.
How do I fix that?

check coolant level first as it may be low then see if both htr hoses are hot. check for a vacuum leak and it may have a water valve on engine if both hoses are not hot then the water valve may be the culprit . Been a long time since I've seen one of those. the vacuum may not be working an actuator as well.
