I dont see a belt listing without a/c they do sell a bypass pulley for that car though.

i was just trying to find a smaller size until i get a new a.c compressor later

You could just have a bad a/c clutch because if the clutch was releasing properly then the pulley should spin free.So is the center of the clutch spin free or is it locked up?The compressor could have seized damaging the clutch or the clutch itself could have had a failure the bearing etc causing the belt to not turn or the center of the clutch to be locked up.
