my car is shuttering

hi i have a 1995 monte carlo z34 that shutter when at about 80 seem to slip or kick at time also you can has a coolant leak but just had the intake manifold gasket replace help a bit but still running some what rough still i am going to drine to edmonton this week from saskatoon i am wondering if this is safe with my kids to drive its not over heat

I can't tell you if it is safe without knowing what causing the problem. If it only seems to shudder at a high rate of speed, you may want to start by checking the fuel pump pressure to confirm it is getting enough fuel. After that, start checking for vacuum leaks, check for a tune up... My first guess would be the fuel system.
