Car died

CAR LOST ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. USED JUMPER CABLES AND FINALLY GOT IT STARTED BACK UP BUT DIED ABOUT 10 SECONDS AFTER TAKING OFF CABLES. ALTERNATOR?

Could be alternator. You need to measure charging voltage across the battery with the engine idling and no accessories on. It should be between 13.5 and 14.7v. If not, check for power at the main terminal of the alternator with the key OFF to check the fusible link.
