Can I tighten some bolts??

I have a 95 corsica less than 6 months ago I replaced the radiator, but now my coolant is leaking. It seems to be coming from where the exhaust intake connects to a hose that goes away from the engine. There is a gap in this connection where it is leaking and steaming, is it ok to tighten the bolts there?

not sure which motor you have but if they are loose, try tightening them up.
tell me the motor and i will bring up a picture.
