When I press the brake pedal on my 95 Corsica. It has no resistance till the floor

doesn't stop quickly. I have changed front brakes and topped off the fluid but still nothing. I have noticed a weez under the console when the pedal is pressed. What I checked the fluid when I noticed wet spot on the floor board under pedals. The tank was empty so I filled it. Shortly after the wet spot the brakes gave way.

It sounds like you have a steel brake line that has rusted and is leaking. Check that first.
