95 chevy corsica 2.2liter started with the timing chain tensioner plasTic piecejamed the crankshaft gear.put new timing chainand gears in.i know their right.now turn motor over makes alike a weird winding noise.sounds like oil pump area ,the wont start what next?ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS ARE ON

Check engine compression and let me know what you find. If I recall, 1997 and older are interferance engines. What that means is you may have bent valves when the timing belt broke. Check compression and I'll bet you find there is no compression in a couple cylenders.
