If the bolt threads for a oil pump on a 1995 chevy 350 break off inside the pump, do you have to buy a whole new pump or can you take them out?

Depends on how tight the stuck part is, how deep it is, and whether it's accessible. If you can get a straight shot on the end of it, I can describe a procedure for welding on a nut that you can use to turn the piece out.
