1995 Chevrolet Caprice Recently Had 2 Major Oil Leak Believe One Valve

I recently had 2 major oil leak believe one from the valve gaskets... I got that fix so I thought!!! Now after taking my car to get a tune-up and oil change with front shocks.. I have another oil leak and the mechanic states it could becoming from between the transmission and the engine... I really dont know where to take it to because it feels like I'm being ripped off. I dont want to take my car to the same mechanic who service my car when I had the 2 oil leaks because I dont think the got it right the first time. Also, Mr. mechanic says I am to give him another $500 or $600 to repair again... What should I do?

do you know the work he did is not correct???

i would look at the back of the intake before assuming anything
