loud knocking before shifting up,then no acceleration ,like its not getting fuel

starts and idles fine. Drop it in gear ,take off and before it shifts ,it starts knocking like valves are floating,once it shifts,you have to feather the throttle ,no power or acceleration. Had a rear main seal installed,new head gaskets,intake gasket,wires ,plugs.,

sounds like an internal issue. could be rod or main bearings. get a shop to check it for you to confirm.
