Ac compressor pulley has seized causing drive belt to burn. I would like to buy a smaller belt an bypass the ac pulley. What size belt (length ) do i need an how should i route it? Thanks slick

this a hit and miss situation as you are varying away from oem specs. you will need to get several belts to try to see about the length. the routing may be the same less the compressor but make sure there is no rubbing anywhere on the belt
