1995 Chevrolet Camaro Working On Chevorlet Z28 5 7 Stalled Now Will Start

I am working on a 1995 chevorlet camaro Z28 5.7. It stalled and now it will not start. The ignition module, and coil was replaced and still no start.What is the correct ohm reading for the fuel pump relay, and should a reading at the fuel pump relay connector be there without the key on and engine off?
