I have a 1995 chevy blazer with a 4.3 liter vortec and it runs good till it warms up but then it idles rough what could be the problem

Have you ever used throttle body cleaner spray to clean any carbon that has built up in the throttle body. With 180,000 miles Sometimes a little carbon builds up in most throttle body causing it to run rough.
