1995 Chevrolet Blazer Oil Leaked Out On Top Engine Compartment Only Found

my oil leaked out, none on the top or in engine compartment, only found oil sprayed back on under carriage, I refilled it, 4 qts and it hasn't leaked again. My truck has never even burned oil so Im not sure what could cause this???

look at the oil filter, oil filter adapter and the oil cooler lines.
