It used to only start when it was manually primed.

The vehicle is a 1995/Chevy, S~10, Blazer/ with a 4.3 liter V~6 motor. Please help! It has 130,000.00 miles on it approx.& that's on the 2nd GM crate motor. I've been working on it for about 4 months now & haven't been able to fix it.
