As Ras suggested, have the brakes checked. It sounds like the warning sensors are touching the rotors.

So much of that snitcher indicator when pads goes down it makes a lot of racket-lol
Wrench: The Bravada is still giving me Hell's Angels instead of Guardian Angels-SOS-checked fuel pressure-rest pressure is okay-but when you turn key on it goes to 30psi and when fired up 52psi its beginning to sounds FPR or FP-?

I bet that is your problem right there. It needs 55PSI minimum with virtually no room for error.
