1995 Chevrolet Beretta Get Inside Lights Turn Off Car On Off Suggestions

I can not get any of my inside lights turn off with the car on and off. Any suggestions?

Sorry it took so long, some vehicles have a dimmer control for interior lamps, have you tried turning the control down.

Its not unusual for somebody to manually turn on the interior lamps and then forget to turn it off.
