I have replaced a few front end parts recently exterior outer tie rods, center link, pitman arm. I just changed brake pads and now my car makes like a low chirping noise while driving down on very moderate bumpy roads. It is very annoying. Lol. Please help. All my grease fittings are greased.

How do the brake pads look? It could just be coincidence that it is time for new pads. The sensors will chirp and squeal when going down the road if the pads are low enough.

Did you apply any brake grease or brake quiet to the contact points on the back of the new brake pads? Those spots (especially the piston side) can rub just a tiny bit and you get chirps like a flock of birds moved in.

Easy way to test, If you push up/down on the fender/bumper to make the car bounce do you hear the chirp on either side? No chirp check the brakes.

But, did you apply any grease to the areas where they contact the caliper and mount?
They can make a lot of noise if those areas are dry metal on metal.

Yeah, sorry I just reread your statement and saw that. As Steve asked though, did you use any of the grease?

No I did not. Guys can I add grease to them without having to remove them from caliper?

Not easily. You want to grease between the piston and the inner pad, at the ends of the pad ears and between the pad and the caliper ears on the outer pad. Use sil-glide, or brake grease. Do not use something that cannot take heat or it can melt and drip onto the face of the rotor or pad.
