My car it does not want to start. It will turn over for a while, and after a few tries (Turning the key to off, then trying it again), finally start. when it starts it will idle rough and feel like it wants to shut off, and will make a "pop" when it is starting, but then it warms up and runs fine. Got a CEL and the OBD I said code 14, something to do with the ignition. Please help? Let me know if you need anymore information.

Code 14 Igniter signal to ECU missing.

You are lucky. This code often does not set unless the stalled engine is coasting to a stop. The first suspect is the igniter module, left side of the engine compartment. Next would be the distributor pickup assembly.

How would I check those? Could I use a voltmeter? Tried 2 new distributors and 1 ignition module. Had a code 13, Has code 14 now.

Not sure what you would check. This started with an intermittent problem, but now that it seems to be permanent, you can check for twelve volts and ground, but you would need specialized diagnostic equipment to see if the signal is being generated in the distributor. This is one of those times where the fastest test is to replace the part and see if it solves the problem. Normally we do not like to throw parts at a problem until testing proves it is needed.
