water collects in the passenger side rear floor board after a rain, is it a window rubber molding problem?

could it be the rear windsheild?

Chances are the rear window won't get water on the floor. The first thing I would check is the rubber molding around the door and window. Have a helper spray the car with water while you sit inside and watch for leaks.
