cadillac sls rss trouble code s038

i have a 1995 cadillac seville sls and im getting a s038 trouble code which the books say means electronic level control exhaust valve short to ground how can i fix this problem

The exhaust solenoid is not a serviced seperately item, it is part of the level control compressor.
