That's one heck of a sentence. I did figure out there is a shaking. If you feel it more in the seat than the steering wheel, suspect a broken belt in a rear tire. Sometimes you can feel the hump or "tumor" in the tire but be careful as there are often steel wires sticking out too and they can really smart if you rub your hand over them.
A broken belt can also cause a tire pull but it's less common if that tire is on the rear. You should not hear the load-leveling system running unless the car is standing still. Most tire and alignment shops will inspect your tires for free, but if they prove to not be the cause of the shaking, a more in-depth inspection will be needed.
