water pump

I have antifreeze leaking under the car, and i was wondering where is the water pump located at cause the leak is coming from the middle of the car.

Which V8 do you have, a 4.9l or a 4.6l northstar? The water pump on a 4.9 is at the passenger side front of the vehicle. The water pump on a northstar is in the front of the engine at the drivers side of center. The belt that drives it is at the transmission end of the front bank of cylinders.
