1995 Cadillac Concours Recently Ran Out Gas Now Car Won T Start Put Started

I recently ran out of gas and now my car won't start. I put some gas in it then it started working.but my fuel filter was messing up do I changed it. I filled it back up put some b-12 to clean out the trash gas cause the car been sitting there for about three months.

Replace the fuel filter and check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specification-
