wiring diagram for fuse block

Do you have wiring diagram. for 1995 Buick Riviera fuse block to power supply for small orange wire at blower 10 amp fuse. I have no power to that wire , if i jump power to it my blower works Thanks Jeff

If i jump power to small orange wire blower works.

so your blower motor is inop in all speed setting?

yes, no blower on any setting

That really isn't telling you much. You are just bypassing the controls when you do that. That wire is a return wire and merely tells the programmer what the blower motor is doing and you're just giving it an artificial signal and power supply. Check the 30A fuse and the speed control module.
