1995 Buick Riv S/C. I had the harmonic balancer replaced and the timing chain cover. Car ran fine for two weeks; then was harder and harder to start; now, it won't start at all.

Check spark by removing plug and ground to valve cover bolt, should be a blue snapping spark, also spray starting fluid in intake, if it runs a few seconds, then a fuel problem.

I grounded the spark plug; checked fuel pressure while cranking (40psi). I don't have a noid light to check injector.

It sounds like a timing issue, is it equipped with distributor?
