A couple days ago I scraped the front underneath when I parked my car (the cement parking spot markers) and a day or so after that my brakes were gone. I was putting fluid in my car and noticed a plug sticking out under the front bumper. I can't find any spot where this plugs in that is visible under there. Could this be a plug that goes to my ABS system and could it make my brakes do this? I refilled the fluid and drove home and it was instantly gone. Thanks.

You obviously tore something in the brake system up. We can't know what damage is done but it's definitely not safe to drive so I would suggest getting it towed to a reputable repair shop.
