1995 Buick Regal sputter when cranked hot

car cranks and runs good. When car is warmed up, if you turn it off it will crank right up. It you let it sit about 30 minutes, it will sputter when cranked. You have to let it cool off to crank it back up and run normal. I have changed the ECm, fuel filter, coil pack and crank shaft position sensor.

Has the check engine light come on? When it doesn't start, have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine?

No check engine light. It will try to crank and sputter. If I spray gas in the throttle body it will crank and run.

Check fuel pump pressure to see if it is within the manufacturer's specs.
