low coolant light came on. went to pep boys got a coolant flush. week later light on. went back mechanic said air in the system. added more coolant. two weeks later low coolant light is on again. what is the problem

a flush does not fix a problem it sounds like you have a leak and thought a flush would take care of it.

did anyone pressure test the system???
