I have a 1995 buick regal it just started running very ruf and the check engin light is flashing orange at me.

How long since a tune-up? Check for applicable trouble codes. If your fully obd1 compliant, you can check mil codes, yourself. Do you have spark at all the pluge? Use a gage and check fuel pressure.
