No restart

95 park ave hot stall no resart no fuel pump no windows or power seats will crank dome light is lit but goes out when trying to move seat

I'd have to make sure battery has a full charge and connections are good. There is a circuit breaker for power seats, hot all the time, have to use voltage tester and check voltage. The circuit breaker for power windows goes hot when you turn on the key, have to check voltage there, also.
