The Auto climate control unit blows warm air out dr side and cold out pass side. The pass adjust is on the hottest setting. I changed controller and didnt fix; Also notice the charge light comes on also. Alt is new also. Could it be something on the diverter door? Reason being, the air sounds restricted at times. Also the temp "blinks" for a short time at start up. Thoughts? Thanks for your time! ~G

The air door is probably being kept from moving all the way into place. You will have to take the air box apart, under dash center, and check all the doors for operation. I believe you have electronic actuators for your air doors, so it may be part of the problem as well but I would check to see if the door is moving freely.
