air conditoning clutch won't respond

Clutch will work if straight wired.
Have checked fuses, replaced fan relay.

What are your ac high and low pressures with the ac compressor off?

360 on high and about 60 on low at about 3000rpms.
(When clutch was wired straight.)

What does the pressure read with the ac clutch off?Does the compressor ever turn on without jumping it if so what are those pressures as well?
