how do i remove the heater core housing

Disconnect negative battery cable. Discharge A/C system using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Drain cooling system. Disconnect A/C-heater module electrical connections. Remove electrical harness straps from module. On 3.1L, remove throttle modulator assembly. On all models, remove heater hose routing bracket from cover. Remove liquid and low pressure lines from evaporator.
Remove resistor from top of blower motor cover. Disconnect blower motor connector. Remove blower motor cover screws. Remove evaporator core from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure. Evacuate and recharge system. Fill cooling system.
