have rough idle after doing tune up

hi I have a 318is with a 1.9 liter is idling very rough. have changed plugs filters and various other things have given it a service but still running. When accelerating it misfires like its running on 1 cylinder also just bought this car and the guy had it sitting around for 8 months and whilst he drove it down to maybe said he put 91 fuel in it. I also found water in the spark plug chambers and dried it out. Plugs are black and really dont know whereto start. Please help :(

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up?? Have the fuel pressure checked-sparkplugs are black sounds like its running too rich of an air/fuel mixture
