The. Car smells like gas from a distance I checked the engine I saw a pipe line leakin looks old also wen I turn left or right it makes noise

Get the leak FIXED ASAP for obvious reasons. Then worry about the noise.

For the turning noise try looking at your CV axles needing to be replaced. For the vibration at higher speeds. It could be wheel balance or even the cv shafts.
