Wiper motor: 95' BWM E34

Shouldn't a wiper motor on a 95' BWM E34 rotate 360 degrees each time it cycles?
Why does my replacement (rebuilt) motor turn only 180 degrees? Thus, my wipers have only a 50% cycle.

I haven't a clue, perhaps a good question to ask the rebuilder. And yes it should go all the way round.

If you need a known good motor, call Autobahn dismantlers @ (619)444-2290 and talk to John, he will ship it to you straightaway.

Heavy snow / ice caused the original failure; I blew one fuse at one of the control modules.
Could a faulty relay be the issue?
I will try your dismantler recommendation in the morning.
Thank you for your help.
