My car was losing power when going uphill now its has shut off with check engine light on. Radio windows all work, starts then just shuts off completely, all fluids are ok.

Have the computer scan for code/s, there's a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to come on. This is your starting point to finding out the problem.
