problem with it getting to crank over

I have a 1995 318i standard 4 cylinder. I am having a problem with it getting to crank over. I have changed all the park plugs and spark plug 1&2 were arking and 3&4 were covered in oil. Put new plugs in and now the car wont crank over. It has fire but wont start. Can u please tell me what might be the problem!

you need to check fuel pressure. spray some starting fluid in the air filter and see if it starts for a moment. if it does, there is a fuel delivery issue. if not, then there is spark control issue.
