I have a 1995 BMW 318 ti and there is no heat coming out. The heater core lines are hot with fluid running through them and the blower is working. What could be the problem, its only cold air coming out.

Model year 1995 BMW has the ability to be scanned with the proprietary BMW scan tool called a GT-1. Having this scan performed could help by eliminating the guesswork. The problem might be in the IHKA controller at the dash since that is the control module for the heating/ventilation/air conditioning. You state the heater core is hot to the touch, is this an accurate statement?
