Hi I just bought a BMW 316 1995 Model with automatic transmission. Sometimes the car shutters when I put in into drive and try to pull away, the shuttering stops when I stop put the car back into park mode switch off and start again and put it into drive what causes this and how van it be fixed. The shuttering effects the whole car specially when applying the brakes the shuttering/shaking is very vigorous

I would need to experience what you are feeling and run some tests and personally inspect the car to determine a course of action.
Have your BMW repair facility inspect the vehicle and see if there is something in the driveshaft area to be concerned about.
