1995 Audi 90 Just Replaced Heater Core Topped Off Radiator Engine Temp Normal

i just replaced my heater core, topped off radiator. engine temp normal but no heat from heater, all controls work, a/c cools properly.

The thermostat could be stuck open and also the air blend door might be stuck in the cold position -start here
