1995 Acura Integra rattling noise

So when my clutch is not engaged it makes a weird rattling noise as if there's a leaf or something in there rattling but when i press down on the clutch it doesn't make the noise in neutral it is fairly loud but when it is in 1st and second and so on it inst as loud. It is a very annoying sound on neutral the worst

have the tran input bearing checked as well as release bearing

Sounds like a release bearing.
