having problems fixing it

hi there, i have a acura integra 1995 manual and i have been having problems with it , it started last week i notice that its a little bit late to start,then its fine while it isnt driving, but when it get warm up or ready to be drive. i chaged the distruibitor cap, rootor,cables,spark plu n nothing so just check my battery n it is bad n 3 of the scrus on the scape line coming out from the engie r off n im wondering is that could be causing it? im going to fix it soon.
