Ok I replaced cap an rotor. Native battery cable plugs an when I start my car an drive it to warm running temp. Then turn my car off an try to start it I get radio headlights an like nothing the starter wont crank an about 20 mins later I go to start my car an it starts

Double check all your connections on the battery, grounds and starter. Probably the issue.
