1994 Toyota Tercel ToyotaTerce lLeaking Antireeze

We had very ice cold weather for 3 days. The Toyota Tercel was shaking a little at stops and eventually overheated. The antifreeze was leaking. I filled the radiator and resevoiir. The leak is on the left side in the back near carburetor. I don't know much about the car so I can't tell where its meaning from. But I can hear a belt kind of squeaking and the leak coming from where a belt is on the left side in the back of engine. What could it be?

It sounds like the water pump to me.

Thank you for your time and advice. The radiator is a year old I got a new one installed and they said the pump was in good condition. I dont know how it happened. So even if the leak is not around the pump or radiator but in the the back near the carburetor its still the water pump? I'm baffled but I'll get it checked thank you again.
