how do i find out the clutch size of my truck w/o removing the trans

That is hard to find out unless it is mentioned in the part description. It is probably around 10-12". You could try going to www.carrepairlinks.com and looking through the list of parts retailers linked to that page. It is a collection of the best car and truck parts retailers on the net with descriptions of the types of parts they sell. Look for a retailer that sells OEM parts. It is a good place to get a few links to reputable retailers all in one place.
