what cause the failer to start after following all the imobiliser procedure. when the battery and starter is okay

from what i understand you r truck won't start.does it turn over? scan for codes and check fuel pressure to see if that is ok.
FUEL PUMP PERFORMANCE
Application (1) Pressure  psi (kg/cm2 )
Pickup 38 44 (2.7 3.1)
(1) Check fuel pressure with jumper wire installed between data link connector terminals +B and FP, ignition on and engine off.
