Will driving at 60 miles an hour no oil light. (Manual Transmission) After I put it in nuetral to coast the RPM's drop to 800 the oil light flashes on and then the RPM's pick back up to 1000 and the light goes off. What could cause this? Also noticed the exhaust smoking more when accelerating at 4000 RPM.

Test the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge first, hopefully this will just be a faulty sender unit.
