1994 Toyota Corolla 1.6L: the brake light on the dashboard tends on goes on when the car is moving but it goes off when it is at complete stop. I just changed the front brake pads not too long ago and brake fluid level is ok, the hand brake is off and otherwise the brake seems to be working fine. Can someone please let me know what might be the cause for the brake light to go on and should I be concern about it?

The brake light has 3 functions. It is for the e brake, fluid level and hydraulic failure.
You need to verify which system is causing the light to come on

It could be a fault with the fluid level sensor. If everything checks out good, disconnect the level sensor at the master cylinder to test.
